Bronson Expands Neurosurgery TeamFebruary 10, 2009 KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Bronson Methodist Hospital welcomes Alain Fabi, M.D to its medical staff. Fabi joins the neurosurgery team of Bratislav Velimirovic, M.D., Ph.D.; and Daryl Warder, M.D., Ph.D. with Bronson Neurological Services Specializing in minimally invasive brain and spine surgery, Fabi is a board certified neurosurgeon. His additional interests include deep brain stimulation and stereotactic frame surgery. Fabi has practiced in southwest Michigan since 2000. Fabi completed his residency in neurological surgery and internship in general surgery at the Mayo Clinic. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, master’s degree from Wayne State University, and bachelor’s degree from Albion College in Albion, Mich. In addition, Fabi is a member of The American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Michigan State Medical Association, American Medical Association and Movement Disorders Society.
