Your Rights
Bronson is committed to promoting a true partnership in the delivery of healthcare. Patients and their families have the right to make decisions about their plan of care with their provider. It is our role as healthcare providers to enhance and encourage this by promoting open communication and understanding regarding available treatment options.
Concerns About Patient Care and Safety Your concerns are important to us. As a patient, family member, friend or healthcare professional, you are encouraged to speak directly with your doctor or provider. If you are not comfortable asking or not sure how to ask, a nurse, patient representative, social worker or chaplain can help.
Patient Relations Patient Relations staff assists patients, families and visitors with concerns, complaints, problems or suggestions regarding the care or service provided by Bronson. The Patient Relations Team acts as a personal liaison between a patient and the hospital. As advocates for the patient, we help resolve individual problems, concerns, and unmet needs. Working with hospital staff and management, we strive to ensure the absolute best quality of care at Bronson.
