Personal Training
The BAC's certified personal trainers offer individualized exercise training, health education and nutritional information to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. You and your trainer will assess your stress management, nutritional intake, sleep patterns, postural alignments and exercise history to come up with a plan that will work for you. You can work out with your personal trainer on a regular basis or meet periodically to check progress. Personal training sessions last 55 minutes and are available at an additional charge. We also offer a special rate for those who wish to work out with a friend or significant other.

Certified Trainers Bronson Athletic Club (BAC) personal trainers are certified through nationally recognized organizations, such as American Council on Exercise (ACE), Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) or the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and have completed intensive training at the BAC. Our personal trainers participate in monthly meetings, seminars and workshops to keep informed about the latest information in health and fitness so they can continue to provide the best service to our members.
Meet the trainers BAC Offers Specialized Personal Training Sessions/Programs Pre- and Post-Natal Sessions The Bronson Athletic Club offers a unique exercise opportunity specifically for expectant mothers. The pre- and post-natal personal training sessions are led by Sarah Onderlinde, BS, NSCA-CSCS, AFPA, Pre-Post-Natal Exercise Specialist. Participants can expect increased energy, increased muscle strength and improved cardiovascular fitness in preparation for labor, reduced discomforts related to pregnancy and reduced recovery time after the delivery. The earlier in the pregnancy the sessions are started, the greater the benefit to both mom and baby. Sessions are available by appointment only and are offered on a one-on-one basis or in a small group setting (up to four people). Each 50-minute session consists of a personalized workout based on the number of weeks of gestation and the individual needs of the client. Any health and/or fitness-related questions are also answered during the session. Pre- and post-natal personal training sessions are open to both members and nonmembers. Individual sessions are $60 each, while a group session (up to four people) is $45 per person. Weight Loss Challenge Program Inspired by the popular TV fitness reality show, "The Biggest Loser," the Bronson Athletic Club is offers a 12-week Weight Loss Challenge that gives you all the tools and motivation you need in order to finally lose the weight for good. This program, led by a BAC certified personal trainer, includes two seminars, personal training sessions, nutrition recommendations and personalized workout plans. Best of all, the entire 12-week program costs only $247 for members and $297 for non-members. Nonmember's program cost includes one visit per week outside of your regular scheduled training time. This program, led by a BAC certified personal trainer, includes two seminars, personal training sessions, nutrition recommendations and personalized workout plans geared toward teens. Best of all, the entire 10-week program costs only $200 for members and $257 for non-members. Nonmember's program cost includes one visit per week outside of your regular scheduled training time.
