First, we only employ certified personal trainers with extensive experience in fitness and nutrition to emphasize an overall healthy lifestyle. Second, a wide variety of fitness classes are offered free of charge to members of all fitness levels. Fifth, the BAC offers spa facilities, including luxurious locker rooms with TV lounge areas, whirlpools, steam rooms, a cold plunge pool and massage therapy services.
