Group Exercise

Most exercise classes at the BAC are offered free of charge to members. A few specialized classes have a fee. You don't have to sign up for specific dates or times - just drop in as often as you choose.







  • A variety of aerobic and group fitness classes are held in three exercise studios with shock-reducing maple floors. We also have specialized studios dedicated to Pilates® and Spinning® - a cardiovascular cycling workout.
  • We offer several water fitness classes in our warmer, exercise pool. Water fitness is a great option for those who need to be gentle on their joints.
