Group Exercise
Group exercise classes at the BAC are offered free of charge to members. A few specialized classes have a fee. You don't have to sign up for specific dates or times - just drop in as often as you choose. The only exception to this rule is our popular Spinning® classes. Simply call the BAC Service Desk at (269) 544-3200 to reserve your spot.
A variety of aerobic and group fitness classes are held in three exercise studios with shock-reducing maple floors. We also have specialized studios dedicated to Pilates and Spinning®, which is a cardiovascular cycling workout. We offer several water fitness classes in both our lap pool and our warmer water exercise pool. Water fitness is a great option for those looking for a low-impact workout that is gentle on their joints. Aerobics/Group Fitness Programs and Activities
